Every year, the competition receives thousands of projects from all over the world. In this year's edition, an innovative solution - the ARBITON floor with a mineral core and Aculay acoustic layer – designed and produced entirely in Poland, received the award. Arbiton vinyl flooring are made entirely in Poland. Our own laboratory allows us to also conduct research on the acoustics of vinyl flooring and improve products. Our products are sold in over 50 countries, and the market is constantly expanding. Their thermal conductivity can only be matched by natural stone or porcelain tiles, making them perfect for underfloor heating. Arbiton Mineral Core Flooring - Hear the Silence
The awarded vinyl flooring with a mineral core are equipped with the Aculay acoustic layer. Regular patterns of the Aculay layer consisting of delicate, uneven indentations and protrusions are designed to optimize flexibility, dispersion, and absorption of sound waves.
For example, the use of the Aculay layer in the Arbiton Amaron Wood collection provides room soundproofing of up to 21 dB, as confirmed by a certificate from an independent European laboratory (TFI).
