Decora S.A. is a Polish manufacturer specializing in advanced flooring technologies. For almost 30 years, the company has been developing the production of vinyl flooring, underlays, skirting boards, and floor profiles – offering comprehensive flooring systems that reach customers in over 50 countries.
Decora's headquarters is located in Środa Wielkopolska, where modern production lines and a research and development center are situated. This is where Arbiton brand flooring is created, based on the HD Mineral Core developed by the company – based on hard rock minerals.

Technology-Driven Development

Decora S.A. began its operations in 1994, with its headquarters in Środa Wielkopolska. Since then, the company has been systematically expanding its production capacity, machinery, and product portfolio. It currently employs over 600 people and supplies flooring solutions to customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents.

The company owes its market leadership to consistent investments in new technologies, process automation, and the development of its own research and development laboratory. This is where regular durability tests are conducted, the results of which are used both for production optimization and for creating solutions tailored to individual customer specifications and specific projects. Tests take into account real-life operating conditions – including in high-traffic areas such as hallways, kitchens, or bathrooms.

Decora Products – complete flooring systems from one factory

Decora S.A. is a manufacturer that supplies not only flooring but an entire set of compatible elements – produced from scratch in local plants equipped with modern machinery. The company's portfolio includes vinyl flooring, underlays, and finishing accessories – all designed with technical and aesthetic consistency in mind.

Decora Vinyl Flooring

The flagship of the offer is Arbiton vinyl flooring, created based on the company's proprietary HD Mineral Core. This solution was developed in Decora's laboratories in response to the growing demands of the European market for dimensional stability and resistance to point loads.

Flooring with HD Mineral Core combines the appearance of natural wood with durability and complete water resistance, which works even in high-traffic areas. The products are available in various formats, thicknesses, and wear classes, including herringbone patterns, with an optional V-groove and finishes adapted for installation in demanding conditions – e.g., with underfloor heating.

Underlays

Decora S.A. was the first company in Poland to develop and implement polyurethane-mineral underlays – Multiprotec® – thus defining a new category of premium products on the European market. It was on Decora's initiative that PUM underlays – also known as quartz mats – became synonymous with quality, energy efficiency, and durability, offering top parameters for laminate and vinyl flooring, especially when used with underfloor heating.

As a market leader, Decora also produces underlays in two other technologies:

XPS – known for its lightness and ease of installation; PEHD – offering high resistance to moisture and loads.

XPS 3-in-1 underlays with integrated vapor barrier and connecting tape are among the best-rated consumer products in DIY chains across Europe.

Skirting boards

Decora produces skirting boards using several advanced technologies, including SOLID CORE (100% waterproof), PVC-free, and hybrid with a COEX layer. The offer includes solid and foamed skirting boards, available in monochrome variants, wood colors, and in the Perfect Match version – perfectly matched to Arbiton panel decors.

As a manufacturer, Decora responds to current interior design trends – offering white skirting boards with modern shapes, models with a groove suitable for interiors with stucco, as well as colored skirting boards for design enthusiasts.

Floor profiles

The company offers a wide selection of floor profiles – from expansion, through finishing, to stair profiles. They are adapted for use both in homes and commercial spaces. Thanks to high availability and universal forms, profiles are easy to add to the shopping cart – regardless of whether the client is carrying out a small renovation or a professional project.

Zero waste and industrial-level recycling

Decora implements a zero waste production policy, aiming for the full utilization of waste generated during production, storage, and shipping. Every year, the company processes over 3 million kilograms of plastics that would otherwise end up in landfills or pollute the environment.

European production and local supply chains

All Decora products are manufactured in production facilities located in the European Union – primarily in Środa Wielkopolska. This allows the company to shorten supply chains, reduce its carbon footprint, and maintain full control over quality and environmental standards. The development of production and logistics infrastructure is ongoing – one of its results is a modern logistics center and a high-bay warehouse in Kijewo near Środa Wielkopolska, which supports efficient product distribution to domestic and European markets.
